Edificio Almaría is a family-run building with six tourist apartments on Calle Cristo de la Epidemia 37, right at the beginning of Málaga’s historic centre.
Our apartments are designed for guests who want to enjoy the city with comfort and independence. Each one includes an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television and everything you need for a practical and pleasant stay.
From here, you can explore Málaga on foot and reach places such as Plaza de la Merced, the Alcazaba, the Cathedral, Calle Larios and the Picasso Museum in just a few minutes.

Edificio Almaría has six tourist apartments in the same building, located on the first and second floors. Buganvilla, Lavanda, Jacaranda and Jazmín are exterior two-bedroom apartments, ideal for families, couples or small groups looking for extra space. Mimosa and Azahar are interior one-bedroom apartments, a comfortable and cosy option for couples, solo travellers or quieter stays.

Edificio Almaría is located in a protected Málaga building, full of history, character and details typical of the regionalist style of the early 20th century.
Its facade preserves traditional elements that form part of Málaga’s architectural identity, such as brickwork, decorative tiles, balconies and ornamental details that give the building its personality.
As you step inside, you will discover an Andalusian patio with plants and flowers, a small, cool and peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. It is an ideal spot to sit down for a coffee, read for a while or simply rest between visits.
From Edificio Almaría, you can explore Málaga on foot and easily reach Plaza de la Merced, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba, the Cathedral, Calle Larios and the Picasso Museum, among many other must-see places.
Everything you need to know to arrive and enjoy your stay
We are located at Calle Cristo de la Epidemia 37, at the beginning of Málaga’s historic centre. An ideal location for exploring Málaga on foot, close to Plaza de la Merced, the Alcazaba, the Cathedral, Calle Larios, the Picasso Museum and many charming local corners.
If you are arriving by car, street parking is available in the area depending on availability, and there are also paid car parks nearby. From the airport or the train station, you can easily reach us by taxi or public transport.
Before your arrival, we will send you all the information you need to access the apartment easily. Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: until 11:00. The building does not have a lift. The apartments are located on the first and second floors, and access is by stairs.
Edificio Almaría offers independent tourist apartments, equipped so you can enjoy Málaga comfortably and at your own pace. All apartments include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, an equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and functional spaces to relax, cook or work during your stay. Incredible stay! The apartments have been renovated and have everything you could need. We spent a weekend there and loved both the stay and the treatment we received from the staff who greeted us upon arrival. In this case, his name was Francisco and he was a true professional. He showed us all the rooms in the apartment and recommended some places for tapas in the city center.
